Style Story: Save the Dress Boudoir
This boudoir session was inspired by trash the dress but with a twist. Magdalena wants to show how a session could be turned into a sensual “save the dress session” and cozy / comfy / safe boudoir session. What a fun and great opportunity to re-wear your wedding gown or wedding details that you’d already spent a fortune on.
The biggest assumption about boudoir sessions are that it’s necessary to be in skimpy lingerie or even naked in front of the camera. Well, let us stop those naughty thoughts right there. As a boudoir photographer, it is Magdalena’s goal to capture the women in her most beautiful light. If she doesn’t feel comfortable, then it will show in the photos. So, incorporating something like a dress shirt, a loose sweater or your favorite robe can change the vibe of the whole session. As you see in the photographs below, Willow looks stunning and is glowing in her wedding dress followed by some shots in her favorite robe.
Not only is getting photographed in your wedding dress from a more sensual perspective the perfect memory for you, your significant other will appreciate just as much or even more.
