Style Story:Boho Morning – After Brunch
Gorgeous florals, champagne cocktails, and a mouth-watering small bites spread… did someone say brunch? We all know brides never want their wedding day to end, so why not make the party last just a little bit longer?
That is exactly what we had in mind for this boho ‘morning-after’ party inspiration. From the DIY flower crown station to the bourbon and cigar bar, we wanted to create a fun alternative to the typical ‘farewell’ brunch, while also giving brides and grooms a fun way to say ’thank you’ to their wedding party and traveling guests who may be heading home later in the day.
We incorporated several DIY inspirations that can be created by brides or the bridal party.
…the custom signage – written with chalk pen on inexpensive plexiglass – was made with leftover pressed wedding blooms between the clear layers
…the floral theme was carried even to the ice cubes, which contained edible frozen flowers in jewel tones for use in the champagne bucket or bourbon bar
…the greenery balls hanging in the teepee were easily made by intertwining leftover greenery around styrofoam or grapevine ball shapes
We certainly cannot think of a better way eat, drink, and recover with your besties; and this is definitely a trend we hope everyone latches onto!
